Catch me if you can

The subject is light, even if there is a fish, so I guess this is abstract, or conceptual, whatever, no vertebrate aquatic life...But feel free to think that is is a fish, so it belongs to my Zoology folder.
I think fish and cats will be happy together, at last cats as long they are not wet.
